It is a unison note in the literature that focuses the inevitable, but a recent study on the role of the law to advances in national development, perceived as resulting of economic growth accompanied by improvements in quality of life, exercising the Juridical Science not only the role of the study in the regulation (which is already Herculean exercise), but more importantly, designing conditions of social security through such regulation, other words, regulates not only to regulate, but to move forward and in positive progress, design development with a capacity to alter qualitatively the reality.
In all, it's up to us, jurists not only the role of exercise in the formation of ideas, which is already significant, but, above all, to participate actively both professionally and academically in building a civic ideology: a legal access to fair with an effective judiciary result, whose skill and commitment to the effective patriotic development is no question of doubting.
