State and the Legal Security Predicate: Brief Reflections

ABSTRACT

This article aims to present an initial study on the state and its role as provider of legal security. Considering essential attribute to the maintenance of social cohesion and regulation of the dynamics human relations, the achievement of security originated from the positive legislation is given also by the interpretation and application in concrete cases, the norms and principles in the legal system. At this level, it is necessary to make a critical analysis of current legislative body model and the current posture of the state to obtain legal security.
