The General Repercussion and Multiplicity Resources

The update of the structural bases of the Brazilian civil procedural model is common point between the last legislative reforms aimed at this area of Juridical Science, where we should have as one of the vectors (and virtues), the constant concern with the real and effective protection of the law denied or about to be, accurate and intensive treatment which deserves attention from everyone, especially those responsible to provide the normative sense of athriving and able to develop a better quality of life by those it applies to the jurisdiction, members of the public service offered by the state through the adjudicative function.

Which we have already noted (Gaius JR., 2008, p. 31-34) also note Marinoni and Mitidieri property that the right to a fair trial "must take into account, necessarily, the Brazilian judiciary profile." (2007, p.12).
